Can't log in

The fastest path to getting back in. Most issues are solved in two clicks.

Forgot password

From the sign-in page, click Forgot password. Enter the email on your account and we'll send a reset link. Reset links expire after one hour for security.

Reset email not arriving

  • Check spam / junk folders.
  • If you're using a school email, check whether your IT department filters mail from outside senders — adding [email protected] to the safe list usually fixes it.
  • Confirm the email matches what's on your account (typos in the address are the most common cause).

SSO sign-in failing

If your school uses SSO and sign-in fails:

  • Make sure you're signing in with the right work or school account (not a personal Google/Microsoft account with the same name).
  • Confirm with your IT team that your account is provisioned for SetFlow.
  • Try a different browser or an incognito window in case a stale session is interfering.

Account locked

After repeated failed sign-in attempts, accounts auto-lock for a brief cooldown. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If the lock persists, contact support.

Still stuck

Note

Email [email protected] from the email on your account (or from a backup if you've lost access). Tell us what you tried and we'll help you back in.
