SetFlow
SetFlow

Calendar

Pipe SetFlow due dates and events into the calendar you already check.

What syncs

  • Assignment due dates — for students enrolled in courses; for educators teaching them.
  • Project task due dates — for tasks assigned to you in any workspace.
  • Co-study room sessions — when scheduled in advance.

Connecting your calendar

From Settings → Integrations → Calendar, click Connect Google or Connect Microsoft. We'll request only the calendar scopes needed to write the SetFlow events; we don't read events from your other calendars.

Note

SetFlow events live in their own calendar inside your account (e.g., SetFlow · Due dates) so you can hide or color them independently of your other calendars.

Subscribing via ICS

Prefer not to grant write access? Each user has a personal ICS subscription URL under Settings → Integrations → Calendar → ICS feed. Subscribe to it from any calendar that supports ICS — Google, Apple Calendar, Outlook — and SetFlow events appear read-only.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect on the same screen. SetFlow stops writing new events; the events already on your calendar remain (delete them yourself if you want them gone). The ICS subscription URL can be regenerated to invalidate any older copy.
