Educator overview
One screen for the parts of teaching that take all your time — and an AI that drafts the rest.
What you get
- Courses & rosters — create courses, share a join link, and skip the per-student invite dance.
- Assignments & rubrics — author once, reuse next semester, with rubrics Tori can draft for you.
- SpeedGrader — keyboard-driven grading with optional AI-assisted feedback that you stay in control of.
- Tori for Educators — your private assistant for lesson plans, quizzes, parent emails, and announcements.
- Quizzes & question banks — auto-graded multiple choice + short answer.
A typical week
On Monday you draft an essay rubric in Tori for Educators. Tuesday you publish the assignment with the rubric attached. Wednesday and Thursday students draft, optionally pre-review, and submit. Friday you open SpeedGrader, fly through the queue with keyboard shortcuts, accept Tori's suggested rubric breakdowns where they look right, edit where they don't, and release grades. The whole loop is faster than the part that used to be just “making the rubric.”
Where to go next
- Courses & enrollment — set up your first course.
- Assignments — author rubrics, due dates, and policies.
- Grading & SpeedGrader — the workflow that saves the most time.
- Tori for Educators — what to ask, with examples.
