Workspaces overview
A shared brain for a small team. Projects, tasks, agents, and a Tori that knows your context.
What a workspace is
A workspace is the container for everything your team does in SetFlow — projects, tasks, files, and conversations with Tori. The person who creates it is the owner; everyone else joins by invitation, with a role that decides what they can see and do.
Shape of a team space
- Projects — units of work, each with their own tasks, files, and Tori thread.
- People — your team, with roles and invitations.
- Agents — Tori-powered automations that handle recurring work.
- Settings — billing, integrations, and workspace-level preferences.
Where to go next
- Projects & tasks — how to plan and ship.
- Roles & permissions — owner, admin, manager, contributor, viewer.
- Agents & automations — Tori doing the boring parts.
Tip
Teams of one are still teams. SetFlow works fine for a single founder; you can invite collaborators later without rebuilding anything.
