Workspaces overview

A shared brain for a small team. Projects, tasks, agents, and a Tori that knows your context.

What a workspace is

A workspace is the container for everything your team does in SetFlow — projects, tasks, files, and conversations with Tori. The person who creates it is the owner; everyone else joins by invitation, with a role that decides what they can see and do.

Shape of a team space

  • Projects — units of work, each with their own tasks, files, and Tori thread.
  • People — your team, with roles and invitations.
  • Agents — Tori-powered automations that handle recurring work.
  • Settings — billing, integrations, and workspace-level preferences.

Where to go next

Tip

Teams of one are still teams. SetFlow works fine for a single founder; you can invite collaborators later without rebuilding anything.
