Our refund policy in plain English.
Refund policy
- 14-day money-back on Pro. If you upgrade to Pro and decide it's not for you within 14 days, write to us and we'll refund the most recent payment.
- Pro-rated refunds for downgrades. If you cancel mid-period, we'll pro-rate the unused portion on request.
- Annual plans. If you bought a 12-month plan, we'll refund unused months minus a small administrative fee.
- Schools. School plan refunds follow the terms of your master service agreement.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the email on your SetFlow account. Include your account email and a quick note about why. We aim to process refunds within five business days; the time it takes for the funds to land back on your card depends on your card issuer and is usually 5-10 business days more.
Edge cases
Note
Suspected abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of the terms of service may forfeit refund eligibility. If you're ever unsure, just write to us — we'd rather work it out than have anyone walk away unhappy.
