Email not arriving

Invitations, password resets, and notifications — what to check when nothing shows up.

Check the right folders

  • Spam / Junk. Most missing emails are here.
  • Promotions / Updates on Gmail.
  • Other on Outlook.

Allowlist our sender

Add [email protected] to your contacts so future SetFlow emails always make it through. If you're an IT admin, allowlist the same domain at the gateway.

School / district filters

Schools often filter outside-domain mail or sandboxed-link previews aggressively. Ask your IT team to:

  • Allowlist getsetflow.app for inbound mail.
  • Skip URL rewriting for our domain (link rewriters can break invite tokens).
  • Permit images from getsetflow.app so logos render in receipts.

Resend an invitation

Note

If a teammate or student says they didn't get an invite, you can resend from the same screen you originally invited them — open People, find their email in the pending list, and click Resend. The previous invite stays valid; the resend is a new copy.
