Manage subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — all from your account, no support ticket required.
Upgrade

Open Settings → Billing
Click your avatar and pick Settings, then the Billing tab.

Pick a plan
Click Upgrade on the plan you want and enter your payment details.

Confirm
The new plan's features unlock immediately. The first invoice covers a prorated portion of the current period.
Downgrade
From Settings → Billing, click Downgrade. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid features until then. Any plan-specific data you exceed on the lower plan (e.g., over the file storage limit) becomes read-only until you delete the excess.
Cancel
Click Cancel subscription from the Billing tab. We'll ask why (optional, helpful) and process the cancellation. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period; after that, your account drops to Free.
Note
Updating payment method
From Settings → Billing → Payment method, click Update. Your card details are processed by an industry-standard payments provider; we don't store card numbers ourselves.
